What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, property location, the language you contacted us in, and any details you choose to share about the property. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation.
Why we collect it
Solely to assess your property, prepare a revenue projection, and contact you about managing it. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
Only the Canopy Homes team, and service providers who help us operate — for example our email provider or hosting platform — who are bound to use the data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only as long as required for our records or by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to info@canopyhomes.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single functional cookie remembering your chosen language so we can show you the right version on your next visit. If you later add analytics or an advertising pixel, this section must be updated and a consent banner added.
