The income undertaking
Our undertaking to double your income within 3 to 6 months, or to exit without a fee, applies only on the terms recorded in the signed management agreement — including the agreed long-term rental benchmark, the measurement period, and the owner’s obligations in respect of property condition, availability and approvals.
